Maddie is the type of employee that makes David's bridal such a success. She is professional, friendly, helpful and was a complete delight. She took the time to listen to what we were saying, gave suggestions and made our visit such a memorable one. Thank you for everything. You will see us again soon for the bridesmaids dresses!
Maddie was amazing! My mom, sister (maid of honor) and I had the best time dress shopping on Saturday. She was pleasant and helped tremendously with the decision making process. Couldn't say enough good things about her! Plus the dress is gorgeous and it was on sale! Thank you David's Bridal and Maddie for the excellent customer service we received! :)
We went into David's Bridal to look at homecoming dresses, and our experience was fantastic! Right from the front door, my daughter was treated like a princess, and the whole shopping experience was just fun! Chardonnay's attention to detail is simply impeccable- we left with everything my kiddo needed, and it was amazingly affordable! We'll be back! What a great time spent with my daughter!
My experience at Davids Bridal was fantastic! I went there Monday just to try on dresses and ended up saying YES to the dress :) Kristy was very helpful, polite and professional! I didn't feel rushed at all!I would definitely recommend checking out Davids Bridal in Hagerstown!!!
I enjoyed my experience at David's Bridal. First off I didn't have an appointment and they fit me in . Second Lauren was Amazing, super nice and so helpful. She found me the perfect wedding dress and it was under my budget. And I just want to thank Lauren for an amazing day � The only thing that could have made it better was if they had WiFi so I could FaceTime my sister that couldn't make it today. My sister and I came in on a Wednesday evening. Kaitlyn was our consultant. She was super helpful and understanding to my sister's needs and concerns. She also pulled dresses that my sister would have not tried on otherwise. She's awesome, go see her!

Sara was absolutely amazing! I had an appointment today in Hagerstown MD and she treated us with so much fun and joy! I brought 4 dress pictures from looking online at the website. I fell in love with the first, the second and third paled by comparison! The fourth wasn't in the store. She wasn't pushy, listened to my wants, met my needs. All in under 35 minutes! Maddie helped me yesterday and she did a fantastic job! She was very patient with me when I wanted to try on the same dress 3 times to compare to others. That dress turned out to be the one I love but I could not make a purchase at this time. She was understanding of that and did not push hard for the sale but did give me multiple options for purchase in the future. I will be going back for a follow up appointment in a couple months �
