Came in today to try on dresses for my brother and future sister in laws wedding in October. The ladies were very sweet when I cam in they greeted me. They checked me in quickly and told me to look around while my specific lady (Lauren) came up. Lauren was extremely helpful getting the dresses I liked the best, being honest about how they looked on me, helping me zip al while also, towards the end, taking care of a huge party that came in. Went to David's Bridal shop yesterday just to look, and had a wonderful experience. I didn't have an appointment and got great service from Lauren. She was bouncing between me and another bride and not once did I feel unattended to. Lauren is a beautiful person and knows how to make you feel special. She's patient and hard working. After a not so great experience with my bridal party appointment I stopped by the store to get shoes and accessories. Jenell Moore assisted me with obtaining my maid of honors dress with just 3 weeks until the big day. She went above and beyond to get the order in quickly since it was the last one in stock. She made me a very happy bride to be to say the least. She was very nice and tried to do everything she could to make this experience better than the last one I had. I had an appointment here about 2 weeks ago to try on wedding dresses. The ladies were very attentive and friendly from the beginning. They actually asked me questions about the wedding, what I was looking for, pulled the dresses that I was initially there for in addition to my mom and I as well as them picking some dresses also. Carol was my consultant and she was very friendly and very helpful. After a less than satisfying appointment at another place coming here was just what my bridesmaids needed. Great selection and even better customer service. Megan had another party at the same time as ours and did a fantastic job balancing the 2 parties at the same time. She was efficient in answering any questions and alot of help. I will definitely recommend people here. The entire staff gets a 5 star!
