Had a nice experience with Sara as my consultant. I can understand when a bride may feel rushed but all appointments have a time frame anywhere you go. I did homework before I went so my consultant knew what dresses to get. She stayed within my budget and didn't persist in selling me other items I didn't want. I found a beautiful dress within and hour and half. I must give Sara and Kristy my many thanks! I had a disappointing experience with the wedding dress I picked out at a different store in PA. When I received it there were many minor things wrong with it. No one from the online customer service would reach out to me. I was able to make an appointment the very next day with the closest store to me which is Hagerstown, MD. Kristy and Sara were so understanding. I did not feel rushed. Meagan, our consultant was great! She took the time to pick out exactly what my daughter was looking for. Made her feel comfortable and didn't rush at all. The downside was the layout and convenience in the store. It was jam packed. It didn't have that special feel as I thought it would. People walking in front of you, always having to duck past someone, accidentally stepping on dress trains. Chaos! AND...1 chair per fitting room?!? Every bride brings more than 1 person with her!
