Eren was the one to do my alterations. She was very friendly and did an excellent job. It was pretty quick and painless. :)

Chris was excellent with my dress fitting and steamed my dress for me again as i waited. Aaron did my alterations and everything was just the way i wanted. No complaints.
Eren, Camille, Demetria, Chris, Katilyn were all excellent! They went above and beyond in helping me find my dress. I lost weight and needed to get alterations or a new dress. Within three hours I had a new dress and alteration process was started! Thank you for going above and beyond! You can’t get this type of customer service these days!
Eren did an amazing mom on my moms dress for my wedding! She was so patient and ensuring she fixed every concern even when we came back for the final fitting. The dress looks beautiful!
