I have had nothing but terrible experiences with David’s Bridal. The only stress point of my wedding has been with this company. COVID only made things extremely worse. Not only was my dress ordered in the wrong size, I was told so many lies I couldn’t keep up. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth and relatively happy bridal experience.
My daughters and I went in here today and wanted to try on bridesmaids dresses. I stood at a register holding dresses for over 5 minutes while a sales lady checked another family out and waited patiently so I could ask for a dressing room so we could try some dresses on. The lady completely ignored me and walked off. I know they were busy today, and maybe she was trying to get another customer but she could have taken 2 seconds to tell me that she had another customer(if she did) and she would send me some help. I mostly worked with Beth, and she is the absolute BEST!! I highly suggest requesting her!!! She was so helpful with everything and truly made it such an easy, fun experience.

I ordered a dress here and was promised that it could be received and alterations done in no time. I was never told that it would be another $300 just to do BASIC alterations on my dress there and was NEVER told that there would be a rush fee to have it done in time!!! So naturally I want to return the dress, because I wasn’t about to pay almost as much as I paid for the dress for alterations, and they never do returns for any reason, even though their website clearly states they will return a dress as long as it hasn’t been... read more

RecommendedWe love David’s Bridal but the sales consultant was so pushy it sent my daughter into a panic attack and I had to step in and stop them. If the bride tells you something she DOES NOT want DONT try to talk her into something else. If the bride tells you she’s happy with her selection DONT keep pushing for her to change her mind.

Worst experience ever! Will never deal with them again. Have called corporate twice trying to resolve issue of them giving my daughter a used dress instead of the new one she ordered. This has been going on for a couple months now. Wedding is quickly approaching and still no dress!
