I didn't have an appointment but they said they could help me anyway since I was just one person looking for a bridesmaid dress.I was there almost an hour and no one helped me.I went and asked the lady at the desk about sizing and their return policy as well as their online policy.They knew nothing about the online policy and informed me that they have a no return policy.I didn't really like the place from past experiences but this made sure that I'll never shop here again.Oh and the sizing sucks.

1st visit. Made an appt....they let me walk around for 30 minutes before I was helped....did get a dress I said I was unsure about as well as 200 dollars worth of overpriced stuff ill never wear again and ended up buying a 130 dollar tiara I didn't know about till I looked at my receipt later that day. 2nd visit....rushed bridesmaid....3rd visit...rushed 2 of my bridesmaids, forced dresses on them they said they did not like, then kept asking which one they wanted to buy. This is my 3 rd time being there with 3 different brides. the first time was with my daughter-in-law to be, they didn't seem to want to help us cuz she wanted a black dress and not a white one so we did it on our own. Went into David's Bridal on University today to pick up my wedding dress. The dress I tried on and settled with in the store (way back in September) was WHITE, all I needed was a different size, so we had to order one. I get there today and it is PINK. Apparently the white one has been discontinued, (could have found this out earlier) and I am currently 3 months away from our wedding day. The overall search for bridesmaids dresses went well. But when we came back for the alterations appointment, I had to continuously go to the back and ask questions while my bridesmaid stood there, because the head of the alterations department just kept going to the back to chat with her friends.
