Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service at this location. You’re better off shopping online than coming to this store. I’m a bride-to-be and went accessories shopping with 2 of my bridesmaids. No one greeted us when we walked into the store and that was honestly my smallest complaint. When finally checking out and trying to purchase a pair of shoes and one bridal accessory, we were asked to wait at the register for 25+ minutes while the manager walked around the entire store looking for a tag or barcode that clearly did not exi... read more

Thank you so much for making me feel like a Queen during alterations. The staff at the location take their time to answer all your bridal worries. Appointments are quick to assure that they can be attentive to all brides but they do so without rushing you. The alteration department also walk you through every problem area and itemize the costs of alters. You can add and subtract to suit your budget. I bought my daughter in for her first prom experience.When we entered the building we were warmly greeted by two lovely ladies. They directed us to the prom dresses. Explained the benefits of signing up for an account on line account and the days discounts. They had a great selection of dresses. All though it was pretty busy that day the representatives still took the time to help and set up a dressing room for my daughter to try on dresses. She was so excited for her first experience. Success on my annual dress shopping for my Mary Kay stage walk. I tried on SO many dresses, but Journey was a fabulous stylist during the whole process. She definitely needs a bonus!!!!! And Lillian greeted me, checked to see how I was doing & was super friendly during checkout.
