We were there to get the bridesmaid's dress for my son's wedding. The store was really busy, but our stylist made us feel like we were her only customers. Cherilyn was professional, friendly, funny and made my daughter feel right at home. She helped us understand the process, from how long it would take for the dress to come in, to the alterations process once it arrived. I had my first appointment today looking for dresses. I just want to say Carole was AMAZING! She had alot of selections for me to choose from and was very nice and had patience with me. My first time wedding dress shopping was great because of her! The only thing I would suggest is more chairs for people to sit in. Overall I was very happy!
After a mishap with my daughters wedding dress 18 days before her wedding Cherilyn was wonderful with helping us find a dress that was beautiful and also would get back in time! Thank you Cherilyn for your wonderful customer service and going above and beyond!
