I went to David's bridal recently hoping to find my dress and I did! Audrey was amazing at helping me find what I loved and giving me advice on what types of dresses were what (I am not well versed in wedding dresses) and I loved the questions she asked me to help me figure out what I liked so she could find the perfect dress for me! They even let me stay a little later so I could try on my favorite dress again to confirm that I wanted it to be the one! I am so sad they are closing! Thanks again for the amazing experience!
I am very impressed with the warmth and expertise of everyone in the showroom. I am especially blown away with Carol, Seamstress Extraordinaire, the Alteration Staff Manager. She patiently listened to my plea to transform a beautiful dress I purchased online to something “magical” to wear to a special occasion, to celebrate my father’s birthday. Riley was amazing! She was very kind and fun to work with. We found the perfect dress. This is our second time buying from David’s Bridal and absolutely love their attention to detail and friendliness!
Leah from alterations was horrible. She was so rude when I went in for both of my alterations appointments (both initial appointment and fitting). Annoyed with how long I was staying in my dress trying to make sure it was perfect. Annoyed that I wanted to take pictures because I had to go to the appointment myself. And on top of all of that, they forgot to steam my veil. No big deal, but they tried to do it and said they “couldn’t steam it because of the fabric” and they IRONED IT. why you would think that is a good idea is... read more
I was in about a month ago for a bridesmaid dress. Audrey was the one who worked with me. She was so sweet and patient with me while I tried on what seemed like 100 dresses. She was very attentive and really knew her stuff. She also has a great style of her own I might add! I highly recommend her to anyone who needs direction while looking for dresses when they hate wearing them! :)
