Ā RecommendedI was 100% blown away by Mckenzsieās customer service. After 3 other Davidās Bridal(s) and the online site told me the particular bridesmaids dress I needed wouldnāt be available until 3 months after said wedding date. No exceptions, no in store inventory in ANY size. After many phone calls and just pure magic she somehow made the impossible happen. I have my birdesmaid dress in the correct size and color coming a week before the wedding. I have never been so impressed, she really saved my butt š šĀ

Olivia went above and beyond on dealing with me I was dead set on my first dress but she had patience with me brought back a few different ones I might like. she stood there asking me what details I did and didn't like about each one. Finally ended up peaking a sneak peek dress that absolutely fell in love with! I definitely reccomend kennesaw David's bridal!Ā
I can't say enough positive things about the staff at the Kennesaw location. They not only made me feel like a queen, but they made my daughters and my niece feel like true princesses. They are thoughtful and kind. I never expected to feel so wonderful dress shopping, but it was an experience I will treasure and think back to fondly.
