I had a terrible experience at the david’s bridal of chattanooga TN.. my step mother talked me into stopping by the knoxville TN DB, of course after my experience in chatt, I was unsure of going through that again... BUT I am SO GLAD that I did!! the knox staff is absolutely amazing!! they did not stop until we found my dress, made me feel completely comfortable, comforted me during my crying meltdown, etc etc etc. the prices are totally reasonable and the costumer service is fabulous. What an amazing experience! Morgan was heaven sent! She found the perfect dress for me and at an unbeatable price! I spent less than half of what I expected to! She was so kind and very informative about options and alterations! She hands down needs a promotion! Every bride, Go see Morgan!!!

David's Bridal has taken care of me throughout the process of purchasing my dress, as well as alterations! We had to return a piece we purchased with my wedding dress because we realized we actually did not need it at alterations, so we were given store credit. When I came back to pick up my dress from alterations, I used the store credit to purchase my shoes, but when I went to use the card, it didn't have the amount on it that was refunded to me originally.
