I would give greater than 5 stars if I could. Customer service was outstanding. From my first contact around May of 2017 to my dress fitting and alterations appointment yesterday. Every person I have come in contact with at this store has been outstanding. In May I came in and said, "I'm not going to buy a dress today. I am uncomfortable with this whole thing and I just want to see where I stand with weight loss and how dresses fit." That would deter most "sales" associates. Not this store. They happily helped me find a dress style and fit that I fell in love with. Spent time (knowing was not going to result in an immediate sale) to see what would make me feel my best without batting an eye. I ended up at a different store to order my actual gown. (Based on where family and friends lived) When I finally went to try on my dress my heart broke. it didn't fit right. They swooped in and made the exchange with 45 days to my wedding. Happily fixing an "oops" that wasn't even caused by their store. Sales floor to the alterations team. I really cannot say enough good things about this entire store.

Thank you thank you thank you to the fabulous staff here for a wonderful experience! I was a bit nervous about the process and they made me feel so special and at ease. Sally was amazing, she helped me on day 1. What a sweet and fun loving personality! She even picked put my 2 favorite dresses after getting to know me. She was so right on! I ended up choosing her pick! I came back the next day with my family and maid of honor. Christina the manager helped me on day 2. Everything was organized and fun and her accessorizing made all the difference! Then she helped my soon to be step daughter pick the perfect bridesmaid dress well. Between the two of them, they thought of everything and just wowed me! I highly recommend this place and people!

The ladies working here are absolutely amazing. I have been in the Lafayette store so many times, for myself as the bride and each of my bridesmaids and their alterations. Even on busy days, the ladies carry themselves with sophistication and do their best to make every customer feel that they are as important as the next. They work hard to make sure that any errors, even if not made by their store, are corrected to the best of their ability. Customer service is truly at the forefront of their mission. We still have a few more bridesmaid appointments to go... but Lafayette David's Bridal... you have made my dress, maid of honor, bridesmaids, and flower girls' dresses one of the smoothest, least stressful parts of our special day. I already did some research to figure out what kind of dress I was looking into. so I was able to walk in, give an idea of what I wanted, pick something out, and instead of having to wait or even make an appointment for a stylist to be fitted like I was originally told would have to happen, the store manager did some magic and got me in literally right away and got me in and out of the store within not even half an hour!
