I found the perfect dress, but service is only average. Because of their no refund/exchange policy, my mother now has 2 dresses.

I love my dress and my experience while purchasing it was enjoyable. However, my brides maids experience wasn't great at all. Many of them have vowed to not buy their wedding dresses there because of the service they recieved. I also did not appreciate the 10000000 calls I got about other people's attire! Half the time the calls were not even relevent. ( I got many call's about dresses being in and shoes when they had already been picked up from the store!) David's Bridal was my first stop when looking for a gown. I gave my suggestions to my consultant and she got right to work. She was able to bring me several choices that suited what I asked for and even one she thought I would like. Well the one she picked ended up being the perfect one for me. My consultant made me feel very important, even though she had other brides that she was waiting on. My dress from David's Bridal wasgorgeous and affordable. The only sad moment was when I saw a picture of a friend of a friend getting married, and they were wearing my exact dress. Don't go here if you want uniqueness! Also, getting the tailoring done here is overpriced - you can get it cheaper at a different tailor.
