Went in thinking we have a person helping us for this special day for my daughter. We were never told when we made the appointment that if it's a Saturday they have several people at once. Glad I will not have to come back.

Very disappointed in the lack of help that we received today at this location. We walked in without an appointment hoping to just browse the first communion dress options. We were treated as if we were an inconvenience from the beginning. Then, the employee chosen to assist us was not helpful and stood outside the dressing room assuming we weren't in need of any help getting into the dresses. Had an appointment to look for my wedding dress and the woman "helping" me didn't bring me anything i was looking for. I was looking for dresses on sale and she only brought me 2 in my price range and the rest were high end and in a style i emphasized i did not want to wear. Tried it on anyway and still wasn't satisfied. Maybe if they listened to their customers more instead of insisting what they want i could have found my dress. I will shop elsewhere.

They were great to me when I was a bride a few months back but when I returned for a possible bridesmaid dress they were rude.. so I recommend for brides but not so much bridesmaids.. this may have had something do with the bride who's wedding I'll be a part of not buying her dress there.. not entirely sure. Will not be back.

If you don't mind spending money on poor quality dresses and unprofessional staff then this place is just for you! Don't mind the staff that talks poorly about other customers they did not favor and the mocking they do openly in front of waiting customers. If you'd like to be one of those lucky customers they do so to then please have fun in their store.
The employees were not helpful I stood forever waiting on someone to help me with a dressing room while several associates walked past me No one helped me with my dress the customer service was poor and the sale or promotion they were having was a rip off I will not be using them for my wedding !
Sales rep was polite, but not knowledgeable about dresses. After choosing the brides dress, I saw a dress for the brides mother on wall display and asked about it. They dismissed it by saying that they didn't know what or where the number of the dress was. I told them that they were false advertising. We finally bought both pricey dresses, but will not go back for any other purchases.
What an awful experience. No bride should ever have to deal with the level of service this place provides. SAD! SAD! SAD! I had an appt and practically had to locate every item myself. The lady that was supposed to be helping us, would leave and disappear for a very long time before even reappearing again. The people working at this store were unprofessional and just plain awful. Our party had 8 people all looking for dresses. The girl who was there to "help" us didn't one bit. We asked simple questions about ordering the dresses and her response EVERY time was "I don't know" instead of "let me go find out for you." She then left and never came back, and another lady came to help and was just as bad. VERY rude to the bride and the rest of us CUSTOMERS.
