I had great service with Tara McDonald. She took the time to see what we wanted and was very enthusiastic about my sister and I trying on the dresses. She had great suggestions and her bubbly personality made the experience better. I highly recommend coming here.

Tara was awesome! She was 100% helpful and made us feel gorgeous about our prom dress choices. She was honest and approachable! Definitely recommend her to help with any decisions you have while in davids bridal!

I recently had an appointment on March 26 with Camila, and this visit exceeded all my expectations of what should happen at an appointment. I had been at a David's Bridal in Scarborough a month before and my experience was terrible!! But at the London Ont. location, my stylist Camila took very good care of me, she took the time to explain each step as it happened, and asked a lot of great questions, and in general treated me with respect and care, completely opposite of what happened in Scarborough! My daughter and I made an appointment for me to shop for my dress for her upcoming wedding this year. Our consultant was Marie and she was the sweetest person ever! She helped us so much, it felt like she was shopping with us that day! I tried on a few dresses and Marie was so helpful again, she is very good at assisting her customers in choosing that perfect dress! The service was great when you eventually get it! I took a day off work and made an appointment during the week when it is meant to be quieter. I arrived for my appointment and was told the consultant was just finishing up and would be with me shortly. Apparently making an appointment means nothing as 4 bridesmaids who walked in just before my appointment time got my consultant while my mother and I waited and waited and waited. 45 minutes after my appointment time we finally got some attention from the consultant.
