OMG! I have just had the best service ever! My daughter is getting Married in September, I found shoes on Davidsbridal.com however they are back ordered until November ugh! I called the London location, spoke with Rachel who found the exact shoes I wanted, took payment over the phone and is shipping to arrive next week (beginning Aug)! Thank you so much Rachel!
