I went to purchase a communion dress and overall it was a good experience. The lady attending us also had multiple brides she was attending so we didn't really get the attention I thought you get with an appointment. Which was ok because we pretty much knew what we wanted. When she was available she was very helpful.

It was wonderful. Staff was so sweet, all very helpful. The dresses were gorgeous and finding matching shoes and accessories was easy. Absolutely amazing experience. Have already recommended to my friends!

My attendant seemed bored more than anything. Didn't recommend any dresses and only asked the basic questions, "on a scale from one to ten how did you like it?" Really unenthusiastic. Other guests in the store sold the dresses better than her. When I asked her about dress colors, possibly at other locations, she responded "you can find other colors online. I haven't been on the website so I don't know. You'll have to look yourself." Made no effort to seem like she went the extra mile for me.

Horrible customer service this morning. When we got there we went from 2 of the attendants helping us to none. Me the bride had to go get the dresses myself for the bridesmaids. We had more fun watching the other brides/bridesmaids getting help then ourselves....untilllll the 12pm crew came in and the 2 girls found the same dresses in the exact sizes we needed, when we was told before they don't have the size.
