Thank you so much to my stylist Channel for going above and beyond to help me find my official dress. The staff at this location provided excellent customer service. They made me feel more than comfortable and allowed me to carefully browse around for a few dress options. I had a hard time choosing between two princess ball gown dresses, but once Channel dolled me up with a veil, belt, and crown, I knew this dress would be the one. Thank you so much once again! I would definitely recommend this location to others.
Luis was amazing assisting me in finding the perfect dress, he went above and beyond by assisting with my alteration request. Kathy from alteration was extremely accommodating given my request and the short turn around time. All in all exceptional service.
AMAZING! I had the absolute greatest experience coming to this location for David's Bridal. Initially I had booked an appointment for the West bury Location because it is the biggest Davids Bridal and I wanted my experience to be phenomenal but it wasn't the greatest. My friend told me their supposed to lend you under garments to try on dresses with shoes etc. and they didn't so I decided to try again but with this Location which was closer to home for me, the 'Long Island City' Location and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Excellent. Best bridal shop I have been to! Keytora booked a same day appt. I was able to find multiple dresses that were my taste and didn’t force me to raise my budget like other shops do when you show them your inspiration photos. They helped me find a dream dress within my budget!! ( not pictured because obviously) lol They also were able to expedite my dress arrival after ordering. It's hard to put into words how wonderful my experience picking a wedding dress was. I didn't think it could be this seamless! Gladys, my consultant, was AMAZING. truly, the best. she took such care and love in helping me decide which dress to pick for my big day.
