My daughter and I just left David's Bridal looking for a dress. Upon entering it was 3 ladies talking amongst themselves. NO ONE spoke to us NOTHING NO welcome to David's Bridal NOTHING! I was as SHOCKED being that I have been here a number of times. I saw a white lady walking within the store. I asked her " Hi did they speak to you when you came in " She stated YES is that ok? My experience at David’s Bridal has been so great! I was initially nervous because I’d never had many great experiences at formal dress shops, but everyone at this location has been so kind and helpful every step along the way! Annette was great at helping me and my friends pick out different dresses to try on, she was so easy to talk to and very laid back but professional, which is always a plus! Tried on dresses last wk. They did not have a dress I seen on their website. They told me I could order it, but it would take a month. I said I didn’t want to wait a month. I’d rather go somewhere else. All of a sudden they could have the dress within 7 days. I had to pay the full amount of the dress which was close to $1000.00 in order to try it on. Well today is day 6. They just called me, saying that the dress is damaged. And they don’t have any more. I don’t understand how they didn’t realize it was damaged 6 days ago. ... read more

I had an amazing experience picking out my dress. I’m not much of a person to dress up and such so I was nervous going in but Tiffany did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and helping me find what I want!

All of the staff was so nice. I changed dresses during the appointment and they were so understanding. Made my day special! Went for my alterations and Justin did a great job! He was very patient and awesome to work with!
