I had a bad experience at another David's Bridal and was not very excited about getting a dress. This store was able to help me find what I needed! The customer service and knowledge of products was great and the consultant was so helpful and patient with me as I found my dress.

Had an awesome time, all the lady's were super especially Angel, would have given it 5 starts ask the way across except when I got an appointment on line out didn't send it to the store, thank god they weren't busy and took me right in.

I love David's Bridal. They pay special attention to you. I enjoyed not feeling rushed when I shopped for my wedding dress. David's Bridal will be the place for my bridesmaids dress too.

I only had to visit once with my mom and I found my dress! I was in love and the assistant who was helping me was very friendly and was actually getting married the weekend after I was. She was very spunky and willing to do anything and I appreciated that! I thought the price for my dress was reasonable and so were the accessories. I would not go back do anything differently.

The ladies who work here helped me and all of my bridesmaids as we looked through & tried on dresses, shoes, jewelry & veils. They were quite helpul!!! All of the employees that we dealt with were very kind and professional. I called the day before to make our appt's and when we showed up they had someone ready to work with us. I was even able to make payments on my dress. I would certainly recommend everyone go there and look at their dresses!

Loved David's!!!!! The day my mom bought my dress we had walked in without an appointment and they basically squeezed me in between the brides that were there and high school girls there for prom dresses. Loved my consultant Andi and I made sure she was the consultant for the bridesmaid appt. She had a harder time with me picking out bridesmaids gown but pulled dress after dress for them to try on laughing with us the entire time...even dealing with less than cooperative member of my girls....gotta love that!!!!!

I am actually from Indianapolis, IN but did my dress shopping in Louisville because my sister lives there. I had a great experience with my sales representative! She was so patient and let me try on lots of dresses and provided a lot of helpful guidance. The dress I ended up buying was one I saw randomly on a mannequin and my sister urged me to try on and my sales rep (I believe her name was Megan) helped seal the deal! Thanks to David's bridal she found the perfect dress and at a price we could definitely live with. With just a few alterations later her dress was absolutely stunning!
