Dinah was AMAZING! So patient, and helpful, from the dresses, shoes, jewelry and everything else we wanted to look at and try on!! She definitely made our time at David’s bridal a good one!

I was very disappointed in this place. I already bought a wedding dress here so I wanted to get my bridesmaids dresses here. My MOH was here before me wanting to get everything set up. She was ignored and when finally approached told “well I’ll just talk to the bride”. My friends were greeted rudely. We get our consultant and she asks if all three of my bridesmaids can share a room. Kind of weird but we think no big deal. We ask for a chair and apparently that’s only for bride appointments. Initially when I bought my dress, I was assisted very quickly and everyone was very sweet. However, I felt very rushed to try on my dress and pick a yes or no immediately and try on the next. I scheduled my first alterations appointment and went in. I told them exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. When I picked it up, I told the lady assisting me that I thought my hem wasn’t hemmed enough, if at all, and I was told that lace would naturally drag. Worst place we’ve found so far. Didn’t get the appointments right, told my fiancé they didn’t have a certain dress, and then saw a lady trying on the very same dress a while later. Will not get any of my money, and to think you came recommended. I wouldn’t recommend this store at all. Disappointed to say the least.

I called the day before my visit to the store. Asked the lady if I needed an appointment or not, I only needed a bridesmaid dress. She said it was ok and didnt make an appointment for me. I drove all the way from Odessa. To my surprise I did needed an appointment and could not try anything on. The worst part was the lady at the front, blond with short hair, she was extremely rude, yelled and everything, she would not let me explain my situation at all.... she really made me feel terrible....

I originally went and got a dress I wasn't all too sure of but I let the opinions of others sway me. At that point I tried on three dresses and one was calling out to me. So I went back and when I wanted to switch dresses they were rude about it but made it happen. They told me that I "couldn't keep doing this" (not playfully) when I had one change of heart for a dress that was a smidge out of my price range but it was the RIGHT one. Poor quality dresses. Go to bliss bridal. Much better quality and much nicer sales associates.

Our helper, Alyssa wasn't very helpful half the time she wasn't around to tend to us & having to make an appointment was wasteful. Never again.
