The alterations lady I worked with for my first fitting was very rude AND she charged me WRONG! My second fitting started out great! Jessica was fantastic, and she looked amazingly professional!! But as I proceeded to finish up my appointment, my mom and I over heard a lady taking VERY loud, stating " getting married is a mistake!! Don't do it, don't do it!!" Komissa was AMAZING! if it wasn't for her I probably would not have bought from David's Bridal. I had a very poor experience at the Lubbock Bridal show. I was trying to talk to the representatives and one representative had no one else talking with her. She looked at me and completely ignored me, took her clip board and talked to other brides. When we arrived at David's Bridal it was so hectic too many people in such a small place , I didn't feel we got greeted very well . The set up they have to look at dresses was so unorganized , the lady who was assigned to us didn't seem like she was having a good day and we could definitely tell. In the dressing room she was very quiet and wasn't even asking questions about the dress or my wedding. I want to thank Alyssa for helping me find my dress today! She was so helpful! I went in saying I wasn't a ball gown kinda girl and ended up walking out as a ball gown kinda girl! so excited for my dress to get here thank you Alyssa and all the davids bridal staff y'all were amazing �

NEVER. Never again. This place is so crooked. They ordered the wrong $200 bridesmaid dress for me and made me order a bigger size bc they didn't have it. Three weeks before the wedding when it comes in the girl tells me they can overnight it (thought they didn't have my size�) but when I go in to exchange it they give me a two week time delivery date. I have 2x in the past week. Sales ladies were so rude both times. I want to shop were you have a good experience. Don't ask anyone for help because have no clue on customer service. We won't be back!!!

Apparently if you schedule a alteration on your wedding dress, they send you dress back because the customer service is so lousy.
