NO! Do not use Tux Box/Black Tux. Measured by Manager at David's Bridal, ordered black jacket and got blue with white dots which was too small. I called Black Tux and got a message that because of the high call volume, they had shut off their phones !!! and to e-mail for a faster response. I e-mailed last Wednesday and of course, still have gotten no answer. I had to go to Men's Wearhouse and rent another one. Don't waste your $. Very disappointed in David's Bridal for doing business with this company.
I went and try on bridal gowns tonight in madison location the whole time i was there from the time i arrive to the time i left.. the lady that was helping me was a manager seem to be very pushy and kinda in rush mode.. didnt have a great experience tonight and probably want be back..

DO NOT SHOP HERE ESP. WITH HOLLY, MY DAUGHTER ORDERED A BRIDESMAID DRESS AND WAS TOLD IF SHE DID NOT LIKE IT SHE COULD RETURN IT. WHEN THE DRESS CAME SHE TRIED TO RETURN IT AND WAS TOLD SHE HAD 7 DAYS FROM ORDERING IT. HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU NEED TO RETURN IT BEFORE YOU EVEN HAVE IT. HOLLY WAS VERY RUDE. I WOULD BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF THIS LOCATION

Terrible customer service!! Ordered bridesmaid dress and received the wrong style after 3 months of waiting. Sonya, the store manager, offered no solution and hung up on me!!!!This is totally their mistake! She offered no solution until I called back and got her name and escalated to the corporate office. (However, The corporate office doesn’t answer the phone! No wonder David’s Bridal filed for bankruptcy a few years ago.) I got my dress here about a month ago. It was a great experience! Tionka was the one that actually found my dress, not me! She knew what I wanted more than I did and was so helpful and encouraging. I didn’t get it that day, but how I felt when I didn’t bring it home; I knew it was the one. We went and bought it and Devon helped us, and it was just a great experience with both of them. *** UPDATE**** I went today to pick my dress up today!! Sonya was great, very apologetic and most helpful!! I found out that it was beyond there control what happened to my dress!! They have used my incident as a learning experience!! I ordered my wedding dress on 4/8/18. I was given a promise date of 6/25/18.
