When I went there it was great, but then I was giving the wrong size dress. Then informed that they can’t do anything I’d have to pay to get it resized on top of giving me a dress two sizes two small they lost all of my bridesmaid dresses. Then they tell me they don’t know what they look like so we need to go and find the dresses that they are. A place like this is suppose to make it better for your wedding, but not me I had to make my dress fit because I will not pay someone who messed up my dress to fix their mistake. I wi... read more

These people are the most unorganized place I have ever been to. No place to set down and had 2 grandmothers that needed to set. Wouldn’t bring the dress we ask for and then, finally went and got them ourselves. After 2 hours came and told us our time was up. Never said about a time limit. Never go to the 1 on Gallatin Pike!!!

Worst experience for a new bride! The greeter was so so rude. I had an appointment and was treated poorly and rushed. I never got any direction, no dresses were pulled for me and my consultant was very lost and didn’t care to help. I will not be back.

My soon be daughter sent me a picture of the dress she wants me to wear on her special day ; I took the picture to David's Bridal Shop; they had it; I was so please that I could make Diana SMILE😋; and the assistance name was Dana; just like my son

Honey and I just left David's Bridal in Madison, TN and the customer service was horrible from management no less. A soon to be bride should never be treated like their business is not wanted. To all my TN friends don't waste your time there. Customer Service still matters�

I have generally been very pleased with this location however, I am a coordinator and went with a bride to get final alterations, she was sold a damaged dress and was never told what the damage was. She thought that it was just the last one. No one was really accommodating.. Only offered to fix it at her cost. Very disappointed. May send future brides to bridal warehouse.

Lets just say... waited 30 minutes after appointment time for someone to help me with Bridesmaids dresses, I pulled almost all the gowns myself with the exception of like 2. Found a dress I fell in love with that was recently placed on clearance and was told to not even bother with it bc there would be no way they could get 8 dresses in the wine color, I even said I could mix and match colors and asked the person helping me TWICE to look and she didn't.
