We walked in and were greeted by 2 females, one seemed to be the Manager. No champagne allowed. “The assigned clerk hasn't come into work yet” so we went outside to toast champagne in the car instead. We went in 5 mins later at appt time, no one else had come in, but the same exact Mgr greeted us as if she had never seen us and said, "Hi, do you have an appointment?"!!! My consultant was Melanie Serkosky and she was a delight. She was attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Her manner was encouraging and she has a great desire to get you in a dress that is perfect for you. She did in fact take a lot of time with me and in the end the perfect dress was found and purchased. the woman who assisted me was great. she was helpful and didn't make me feel insecure or uncomfortable about my weight. (she's a thinner woman and i'm a plus size woman) i can't thank her enough! and i love my dress
Loved the experience found my dress and was 100 dollars under my budget my stylist was amazing and very helpful
We were very happy with the price of the dress but when we asked about alterations the price quoted was more than the dress. This to me was unacceptable so we're getting altered elsewhere.

I did leave a comment on Facebook already, but I was so happy with how we were treated. Jessica was a fantastic consultant. I was a little nervous about being judged as a plus size bride but Jessica didn't even make any comment about my size except to tell me what sizes to look for. She was very nice and super helpful and I really appreciate her help and kindness.
Mia gave us the dressing room for an hour so we could come and go with dresses at our leisure. She also gave me popular styles in my size. Very attentive!
