The sales associate was very helpful even though she was very busy. She was knowledgeable and communicative. My only issue is with the instore availability, not enough sizes and styles to try on versus online. Have one a black color in all the styles and sizes so people can try it on.
Irina in alterations was amazing and so helpful with my wedding day look! She was so wonderful, and patient and helped me perfect my wedding dress look and bustle. I am so grateful for her experience and patience! I wanted to add an update my wedding was 1/30/22 and the bustle that Irina did for my stunning ivory White by Vera Wang Wedding dress held up the entire night dancing up and down moving all around without one issue or mishap. Tonight I picked up my dress and it's FABULOUS!!!! Christina did a GREAT JOB on my alteration!!! The suggestions she told me from the beginning!! I told her take pictures and a video so ppl can see the before and after. Maybe it could give ladies an idea. That's when Bianca came to assist her. Great team work!!! GREAT SERVICE!!! CAN'T WAIT TO PICK UP TWO MORE DRESSES AT THE END OF THE MONTH!!!

Megan is the absolute best! she was so helpful and fun to work with. she had amazing ideas and really good opinions. i found my perfect bridesmaid dress today and i couldn’t have done it without her!! definitely come here and ask for meg, best decision you’ll ever make no question! 1000/10 experience❤️❤️
Laura L. and her daughter Nicole were super helpful! They were patient and let me try on a bunch of dresses in different styles and worried not just about how I looked in the dress, but if I was comfortable and felt pretty too! I love my dress! Laura picked the fit, and Nicole picked the winning dress. And will be finding ways to wear it as often as possible! They made me feel very comfortable and made the experience as pleasant and quick as possible!
