The girls were super sweet! I bought my dream dress but it didn’t come with sleeves so they built custom sleeves just for my dress and oh my goodness they were perfect!! Words cannot express how in love with my dress I am.
Shonsea was so personable. She really made the effort to make me feel comfortable. She even helped me find a dress for the reception that fit the venue and my budget.
Shonsea was absolutely amazing at my alterations appointment. She was personable, hilarious, transparent about costs and made the experience so enjoyable. I recommend this woman for all alteration needs. You will not be disappointed. Doug has also been so great to work with!! When I had issues with my dress being altered in a petite size (clearly am not petite) he calmed my nerves and was able to get the situation figured out. May I just say that Kaetriauna Bowser-Smith was SUCH a pleasure to work with! I've gained 7 pounds since I met my future husband and was very self conscious on top of being 'work fresh' when I work a very physical job. I was tired, irritable, hair was a mess, frustrated with dresses not working, and Kaetriauna grabbed me a water, dealt with me with SUCH poise, and lovingly and gently guided me to my perfect wedding dress. Olivia helped me find the perfect dress. She was very sweet and patient with me and my family. She ended up picking out the perfect dress for me and I am absolutely thrilled! Shonsea and Rosa are absolutely fantastic! They altered my dress after purchase. They did a perfect alter. They are beautiful attitudes the whole time.
