From the moment we walked in we had great service. We were introduced to Jackie who did a PHENOMINAL job finding a dress for my daughter. My daughter and I chose dresses but it was the one that Jackie selected that my daughter absolutely loved. Everyone said how beautiful she looked in the gown and the color was absolutely perfect. It was by far my favorite dress. She then helped me with a dress. My husband loved it and so did my daughter. Violene, the woman who altered my wedding dress, was and is amazing. I met with Violene for multiple fittings and she made "the" dress become MY dress :) She made my experience unforgettable. My sister, my mom, and I had so much fun. Joking around is our thing and Violene was a perfect match for all of us! We laughed so much and had a great time, every time! Thank you again!Ā

My daughter searched online and found and a dress that she loved. She clicked on store locator and picked Middletown, NY, as it was closest to us. She made an appointment. When arriving, we were told the only prom dresses were there ones "there- on that rack." The associate asked if she had a dress in mind and when she was shown the picture, she said oh, that's sold out." We sifted through the messy rack and tried on 8 dresses.
