I bought two Mother of the bride dresses. They both needed some alterations. The first dress came out perfect. It only required some hemming. The second dress required a bit more alterattions. Everything was done well except for where they let it out on the sides. I didn’t notice it until I had taken it home to show my husband. The lining had to be separated from the exterior of the dress to let it out. The lady who helped me was very nice. When it comes to customer service she had it. But your dresses are so over priced. It could just be me. Your dressed up lace belts are crazy expensive. This was the first time I was allowed to walk around and look last time I had to circle what I wanted in a book.
I had a great time picking out a dress. They rang a bell when I found the perfect dress. It was cute!!
My consultant Irene was very nice & helpful not to mention friendly. It was a great experience overall at first it was kinda blah as the place looked over busy, but when we got to meet Irene she just made me & my ladies feel comfortable, she even made sure my mother in law, my daughter & I had chairs to sit while we waited for my bridesmaids to try on their dresses.
