My stylist was Kaitlyn and she was great! It took a few moments for me to get helped at the front desk because they were figuring out other things, and after being directed to sit down with my group Kaitlyn finally came to help us. She was very friendly and talkative, with a good sense of humor! She was a busy worker! I noticed she was also helping the group next to mine but she made sure my needs were taken care of. After visiting another Bridal shop and settling (or so I thought) on a dress, I came to my appointment at David's Bridal. The consultant was very thorough and persistent in figuring out what style I was drawn to, in an effort to find "the dress". After many failed attempts, she brought out what ended up being the dress that I said "Yes" to. We experienced a slight hiccup when the dress that came in did not fit the same way as the one on the I had tried on. Great customer service and very friendly staff. Smaller than other Davids Bridals but still had a great selection and plenty of room.
I had an awesome experience here at Davids Bridal. my consultant, Erica, was amazing! She was such a big help & I was able to find my dream dress!!
