I am so happy I came to shop for my wedding dress here! I went elsewhere earlier in the day and had a bad experience. We called and were able to get a same day appointment. I believe Krystal helped me. She was FANTASTIC!! She was super attentive and helpful and super patient!! She was very knowledgeable and she really heard what I wanted and worked with it. Rachel was absolutely amazing , I felt immediately welcomed and befriended. My maid of honor and I had a blast trying on dresses and even shared some laughs with Rachel . She is an asset to the Monrovia location ,and I said yes to the dress .
Celeste was the best ever, this experience was amazing. ☺️ Only tried on 2 dresses and done! The last dress was the one! 😁 super excited thank you so much for making this day a bit much simpler and my mom and mother in law loved the experience also. Thank you Celeste!

Kelly was AMAZING! I had gone online and favorited about 10 dresses. She printed them out and pulled them all. I tried them all on and she was incredibly patient as I picked out and retried my favorites. I had found another dress at a boutique I was going to buy but wanted to make sure. I ended up falling in love with a dress here even more, and it was half the price! Kelly never pressured or rushed me, and even had a really sweet bell ringing ceremony when I picked my dress! Highly recommend 🙌🏻❤️
