I had a great experience with the entire process from purchasing my dress to having it altered at this location. Adriana was so kind to pick out several bridesmaid dresses for me and waited until I selected a dress. I highly recommend you go to this store to try out the dresses rather than purchasing it online. You'll never know how the dress looks like until you try it on. The ladies and gentleman from the alterations department did a fantastic job hemming my dress. This was my first bridal gown shopping experience. I greatly appreciated that the person helping me was supportive, listening to what I said. She observed my reactions and intuitively knew when I liked/disliked something. She was far from sales-pushy (unlike my second appointment). She made me feel comfortable. I mentioned what my price range was probably about 2 or 3 times but the stylist still brought me a dress that was out of my range and I hadn’t noticed until I had already settled on it. It was really disappointing. And then the woman who does the alterations was rude and snippy instead of being helpful and informative. She also kept trying to push me to spend more on things that were not really necessary. I had a bad experience at another location but was still looking for a dress months later, so I gave this store a try. Everyone was incredibly friendly and in a good mood. I felt like I was getting the royal treatment! The store is laid out with dresses in the front and different sizes in the racks behind, which makes browsing easy. The dressing rooms are a decent size and there are mirrors everywhere so you don't have to walk down a hall or contort to see the back of the dress.
