The experience was awesome. Straight to the point. Ladies at the front was super welcoming and I just had a great overall experience. I'll be back for my wedding dress for sure.

My wedding consultant Vanessa was very informative. She was very helpful to me and patient with me...I totally had no clue what my wedding dress style was when I walked through the door,but together we were able to find it. My experience was very pleasant ...I will be returning. Also I was apprehensive about not being able to find my size being that im a size 18, but they had a great variety of wedding dresses in my size!

I was pleased with the customer service and assistance during my latest visit. However, there should be more associates at the register. I was next in line, but the associate told me the other young lady would assist, but she was already with a customer. I had to wait (I had to rush to another appointment) for about eight minutes. Finally, an associate came to assist the line since it was getting long. She did apologize for the wait.

I only wanted to set up an appointment. But the ladies ask if I wanted to go ahead and try on something that day. I said yes. Nina was very helpful. So was the other lady that helped with my bridesmaids dressing. I had a very good experience.
