I felt my appointment could have been a better experience. My measurements were incorrect . I felt that my appointment was rushed and shortened as it was a last appointment of the day and it was a little disturbing to hear people talk about ready to go home and rush me thru. I wanted to re try a dress and was told it was close to closing time. I feel the sincerity of the staff could be improved although I understand it's about a sale to them...

Staff rushed the process and seamstress was very rude when asked about stains on dress. Would recommend for price but not for customer service.

My stylist Vanessa was awesome! Even though she had another appointment, she did an amazing job at helping both of her clients! And the manager Jill offered to help me try on dresses, and was so kind! Absolutely loved my first bridal appointment
