I was unsure about what style I was looking for and I could hear the workers commenting on how I was indecisive. I get that can be annoying but your job is to do exactly that. Find what I want, what I like.

If I could give them zero stars I would they are horrible. I had to cancel my wedding due to a world pandemic. This place is giving my bridesmaid a horrible time returning their dresses. They bought their dresses in early March no one knew that this was going to happen. Their receipt says 14 days after receiving order thats the policy they bought their dresses under. I'm very disappointed and will never recommend anyone going here especially for your bridesmaids ... if you do decide to go to davids bridal good luck.

The wedding we were attending got canceled due to the Coronavirus outbreak. We called the store and they refuse to cancel our orders. Everyone who ordered online got their orders canceled but those of us who ordered in the store on March 9th were denied cancelation request. Even though on our receipt it clearly states that we can get a refund up to 14 days after receiving purchase but the store was closed or 30 days after picking up which none of us have because the order is not even schedule to ship out until July. We had a horrible experience at this particular location. The women are rude. We had checked in at the desk, and received a text that they were sorry they missed us, please reschedule. When we went to inquire about the situation we came upon the “hostess” talking trash about our entire bridal party so we left. They really didn’t have anything good anyway.

I got my dress from David's bridal in Knoxville. I was so displeased with their service. My dress was too big. They swore they had no time to hem it (and it is DRAGGING the floor.) I was only there for 30 minutes. And paying $2800 for everything, you'd think they'd be a little more respectful. Today Em & I came to the Murfreesboro location. I put my dress back on. Ashley was the best person for the job. She understood me and worked with me until I found the one I loved. I went twice the first time I found one but It wasn’t for me. The 2nd time I cried and I never cry lol. Thank you so much Ashley for your time and patiences. Your really made this special for me.

I have to say a special thank you to the wonderful staff at David’s Bridal at the Avenue. The zipper in Madysen’s dress broke at 4:00 today. I panic and ran around like a crazy person. We got in the car and I called David’s Bridal ready to fight I said “I bought an almost $400 dress from you and the zipper just broke an hour before prom pictures “ the David’s Bridal employee said “Oh no can you get here right now? They have a nice selection of formal wear to choose from. Little pricey though. I would recommend gating alterations somewhere else. My 13 year old alterations were $65. That was just to take in the shoulder some, add cups, and express fee. We didn't do the hemming due to that would cost another $60.

I got my wedding dress here Friday! Dori J was my consultant and she was amazing! She found dresses I loved that I never would have given a second glance. She was very kind and understanding about all the guest dynamics at the appointment, and really took the time to get to know me and what I wanted in a dress. She was funny, pleasant, and shared lots of good ideas and advice. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend David's Bridal, but especially her, to anyone!
