I was a walk in today (a Saturday) at the Murfreesboro location. I originally went in just to find a junior bridesmaid dress for my daughter, and ended up finding my dress, a JB dress, and a flower girl dress! Laura helped me, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was incredibly helpful and so knowledgeable about subtle changes I could make to my dress to make it perfect. I had five dresses that I wanted to try on and out of the five, I tried on one of the dresses three times. I knew it must have been a lot of work for the associate who helped me, but she did not complain or anything! She gladly helped me, talked to me about their credit card information, and was really nice to me. She genuinely cared about “the one” wedding dress. She knew my taste and she was encouraging.
