I just went to this shop last weekend and found my wedding dress. I worked with Alexa who was incredibly attentive and helpful. She helped us from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, even after our appointment was over. She went through countless try-ons with me, always trying to find something better. She also went out of her way to make me feel good about the dresses and the whole experience, as we know trying on clothes as a woman can be an experience. Had an outstanding expierence shopping for bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses. Everytime i come in im greeted so nicely Kayla M. Is always really sweet and gets me with my stylist right away. Ive worked with cheene and hannah bot wonderful at what they do. I by far recommend this location cant wait for my daughters wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses to come in.

My experience with selecting a dress was very pleasant. Alterations however the young gal who first was helping although nice really did not have the experience needed to guide a bride through alterations, she made me very in easy. In the end a much more experienced alterations re came out and assisted. Cost for hem and altering 279.00 on a 500.00 dress. Kind of felt like I should of just had a custom dress made by the time I was done. Employees nice but need more training; keeping in mind this may be the most importan... read more

The staff was very friendly and while the bridal consultant had two clients she did an amazing job balancing both of us.
