Good: variety and quality of products. Flexibility and availability of appointments. Service staff. Bad: one hour is not enough time to try on all dresses you want so I made 3 appointments in two different stores and I had to order some online to try on more and there is a $12 charge to return the ones you don’t want. Tailoring my dress was more expensive than expect at DB $385 usd for hem and bustle.
This store takes black tux fittings, make sure to make an appointment online first. Came on a Thursday night at 7 and the parking lot was fairly empty, since a lot of the stores around were already closed. When I first stepped in there was the store manager who was at the front desk. She immediately asked what we needed help with. I Came in for an appointment and had the pleasure of being assisted by Victoria who was very pleasant and patient and helped me find my dress and put all the pieces together. She is such a kind soul , I would give her a million stars if I could !!! I also had the pleasure of meeting & being assisted by Jackie the manager. We had an incredible experience today at the Natick location! Finding pageant wardrobe as a plus size gal can be a challenge but we found almost everything we needed today for way less than I ever would have expected! And our consultant Amanda was amazing!!!
I was very impressed with the service at David's Bridal. From the moment I got there I was greeted with a smile and helped to my dressing room. They took very good care of me and my wedding party. The saleswoman Charlene was amazing and helped me pick out a bunch of beautiful dresses. Although I was not expecting to find my dress that day, I was overwhelmed with emotion when I tried on the dress of my dreams. It looked beautiful but was not the perfect fit.
