I bought a David’s bridal dress and then needed an alteration. At first it seemed as though they would not be able to alter in a way that solved my problem. Right when I was ready to give up, Luz came to the rescue. She came up with an amazingly creative solution that no one else has thought of. She made tge changes and the dress looks great! Thanks Luz!

Go look for Jewel if you need a friendly face and excellent customer service when shopping for your bridesmaid or wedding dress. Couldn’t have had a better experience and haven’t had a better experience from any other David’s Bridal then the one on Preston Rd in Dallas, Tx.

Shaneka was Amazing! I wasn't expecting to buy my dress today and I'm so glad I did! I had no idea what I was doing and she walk me through it all step by step. 100% will be going back for my bridesmaid dresses!
We did not find the dress we were looking for BUT our bridal stylist, Shaneka, was so kind and helpful! She made sure to look up styles and colors for us online. Talked to us about dress material and sizing. Although we didn’t find the dresses we were looking for, she made sure to recommend other store options for us and didn’t force us to buy or try anything on. Make sure to ask for Shaneka’s assistance next time you’re here!!
