I talked with the manager.on the disappointing customer service from my stylist. She never checked on me after pulling 2 dresses. I had to go to the front desk to ask what i was supposed to do next if i liked a dress.

Well I had Yvonne and she is amazing. She did everything possible for me to look great! Will definetly be coming back to get the dress.

Shaunelle was amazing! She was attentive and made me feel beautiful and while I haven't decided between two dresses, one at David's Bridal and one elsewhere, she picked a dress I had thought I wasn't going to try on and ended up loving! I really am so torn and would buy them both if I could but the experience with her definitely made he appointment that much better.

Eric was really helpful and good at his job. He did not try to impose anything on us. He gave us good suggestions and pick accessories to match the dress I tried on. I'll definitely recommend this store.

I had been to several bridal stores an none of them compared to David's bridal I loved the variety of dresses an the spunk from all the employees and also the patience from the employee that helped me find my dream dress
