RecommendedAmazing experience every single time I go in! I've been to the north olmsted locations 4 times now since January for my wedding needs! The first time I went in with my 2 bridesmaids (3 at that time) and the lady there was very helpful. I had specific styles picked out and she made sure to show us all of them and get the girls into all of them too. I would recommend. We went on a Saturday afternoon, it was extremely busy. Im not sure if they overbooked appointments or they were short staffed that day. Our consultant Megan G, did awesome. When I asked about alterations to be done there, I was told they were booked for alterations. Another consultant gave us the name of express alterations but could not give us the address or location of this business. She pointed out the window and said its over there somewhere. Staff were friendly and pleasant. My family and I were little too excited haha but, staff worked well with us. Angelina is great at her job! She was beyond amazing and helped me find my dress! I was very pleased with this location and the staff there ✨❤️ I said YES to the Dress!

I had a WONDERFUL experience at this store! Dakota was so on top, so helpful and SO amazing in what can be such a stressful time, she made SO comfortable and highly recommend asking for Dakota as your stylist!
