Today was my first time going wedding dress shopping! I did not expect such success!! The whole team was AWESOME!! We worked with Amanda the most and could not have had better service.. she was so sweet, helpful, patient and fun!! I not only got to say yes to the dress but was also able to find all the accessories including jewelry, veil, headband, my mom’s dress and accessories and so many other cute things for the wedding!! Today my daughter said yes to her dress, the staff is wonderful .Amanda made it so stress free while I sat and teared up.Kell tried on probably 6 dresses,each different, to find the perfect style. Amanda knew just what she had in mind, the choices were amazing,and we could not be happier.The viel is just heaven the perfect choice.THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!!
the employees were very nice and helpful. prices r steep, I have never bought a wedding dress, my daughter is and she loved the dresses u had there.

Amazing place! From start to finish, they made the experience of buying my wedding dress so enjoyable. The alterations were flawless and Hannah and Rachel made my actuall fitting so comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you guys, I didn't think I could love my dress more!
Sunad and Kelli in alterations were very helpful and friendly.
Alexis did a great job with both my appointment as well as my two bridesmaids. Very helpful, enthusiastic and intuitive. She helped pull dresses that I hadn’t though to try and her recommendation ended up being the bridal gown I purchased in the end. Everyone had a good time and she truly helped the day go smoothly. 💕👰🏼🙌

I was very sick but couldn't wait another day...They were very attentive, I tried on 2 dresses and then went to the Strongsville location to get the size I needed.
