I had a great experience at David's Bridal in Omaha, picking out my dress. I came in with ideas and they showed me exactly those. There was a sale going on so I got my dress for 50% off. The consultant told me, I would get the dress I tried on and "that's just how they do things." I learned after that I could have ordered a brand new dress online. At first I was not very happy with David's because I had four girls in my wedding party - two of them had ordered their dresses and the other two were going to order within the next couple of weeks. I found out that they discontinued the color I needed for the other two without telling me ahead of time. I was PISSED. Called them and explained this situation, obviously as the bride was was stressed out. The manager was so helpful! I arrived for my appointment and my sales person listened carefully, was on point, and helped my mother and I to achieve all our goals in one visit for the Mermaid Bridal Goen and the Mother of the bride's dress.

I cannot say enough nice things about this store and all of the associates with whom I worked. I came in with a party of 5 (including myself) as a walk-in at 4:52pm yesterday (12/27/16), and they managed to work with me and my party at 5pm! I know it's always easier to book an appointment ahead of time, but they were so kind and didn't make me feel like a bother at all.
