Katie helped me find the perfect look! She picked out several dresses for me to try that I loved different things about she understood exactly the look I wanted. She made the time in the dressing room together very comfortable and seamless. They alterations lady is amazing! She made sure that my dress was done and fit perfectly in time for my wedding. (I had gained some extra weight after having a kid LOL, so I had to order another dress almost last minute). Everything was done great and on time. I also suggest purchasing the cleaning package.

There are great looking dresses here at reasonable prices. I bought from them, and I love my dress. That said, the service was appalling . Because I fit into the floor sample, that’s the exact dress they tried to make me buy. The floor sample, with rips, missing buttons and clasps. When I pointed these out, they said “you can just have those fixed in our alterations department. It probably won’t cost anything.” And yes, they did expect me to pay full price for it. I had a great experience at David's Bridal in Omaha, picking out my dress. I came in with ideas and they showed me exactly those. There was a sale going on so I got my dress for 50% off. The consultant told me, I would get the dress I tried on and "that's just how they do things." I learned after that I could have ordered a brand new dress online. I accompanied my daughter today to shop for her wedding dress. The associate who helped us was Chris B. She was wonderful! She found out what my daughter wanted and brought many gowns out for her, made great suggestions, was not pushy, and was cheerful and respectful. When we returned later to purchase a gown, she worked overtime to help us. She also took care of the bridesmaids, helping them to make the best choices for their wants and needs, and helping us with information for the out-of-state bridesmaids.

I cannot say enough nice things about this store and all of the associates with whom I worked. I came in with a party of 5 (including myself) as a walk-in at 4:52pm yesterday (12/27/16), and they managed to work with me and my party at 5pm! I know it's always easier to book an appointment ahead of time, but they were so kind and didn't make me feel like a bother at all.
