Our appointment was booked at the same time as someone else's, causing us to wait for almost an hour. After informing the manager the dress needed to be a certain color she assured me it was (it was still the wrong color) and dismissed me and my daughter to find it on our own. We went back to the racks three different times trying to find what we needed and no one helped us except for the stylist who was busy assisting a bride. Went in for my Bridesmaids dress and I arrived early for my appointment but I was seen right away! The staff was all very nice and helpful and I would recommend this location to anyone who's looking for a place to help with their big day!

I will say for Homecoming and Prom I did not have the best experience or the best quality dresses but that was over 5 years ago. I got my wedding dress last year and went to have my bridesmaids fitted for their dresses yesterday and let me tell you we had an awesome time. I had Alix for my appointments both times.
