Hi! We visited David's Bridal on Sunday August 8th 2021 for a bride alteration as well as finding our bridesmaid dresses. The service overall was excellent but HUGE shout out to Sima from alteration whom not only had great service for the bride but actually bent over backwards to help us getting our bridesmaid dresses to fit our bodies properly and make them work since we were working on short notice and had to go with what was in the store. First time in the store and Jessica was SO helpful, from measurements, trying on the dress and even tips on shoes based on our venue! What a gem!
Jessica was super pleasant and professional. She was able to help the bride find exactly what she was looking for while making suggestions that would work for her body type. We ended up Narrowing down our search to two dresses, one being a dress Jessica found. Jessica also seemed genuinely excited and happy to be helping us, she's amazing!
