I don't even know where to being I am floored at the costumer service and care I have received here. I was in a pickle and needed a new dress asap due to unexpected circumstances. A situation I thought would be a nightmare was turned around completely by Alison. She was able to rush order me in exactly what I needed in a colour I though would be impossible to get. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the Ottawa team you rock!!!
