The alterations department was amazing! They did everything I asked for. The overall chosing of the dress was frustrating as the consultant was never around and I was waiting over half an hour for another dress. It was also cramped with no room to move around. The experience could have been better if the front of the store gave the same experience as the back of the store

When I came into the store I was unsure of how my day was going to go. Right away, Montana's calming presence eased me into this experience. She brought me thoughtful samples and I actually ended up ultimately choosing "the dress". I was more than thrilled with this experience ! Thank-you!!!
