I drove in from Montreal with my Mother to look for dresses for my brothers wedding. I was excited because i heard such great things about Davids Bridal and always saw advertisements for it. It was nothing like that. We were given a consultant to help us look for dresses. She greeted us and then we were on our own. She did not help us find dress styles, even when we found ourselves and needed other sizes we were on our own. Went in on a Tuesday needing a dress for Saturday. Lots of selection. Decent prices. Felt very rushed as the store was closing in 10 minutes and the girl would not let us retry on a dress so we could make a decision.

Firstly I went 4 weeks ago to purchase my dress which they only had two styles in my size.. then had to special order one of those choices. I got the dress and after explaining to the girl that it would be to big she insisted on me getting that size. Sure enough 3 weeks later my dress is way to big!... 3 weeks to my wedding date and the seamstress tells me I can't do alterations and have to come back in two weeks!... I went to David's bridal for my bridesmaid. The consultant was nice to us and listen to our needs, she was great. We found our dresses quickly and everyone was happy. Then we went to pay for the dresses, that's when the problem begins. First, it wasn't possible to have one of the dresses on time, so the consultant tried to rush it. She called the warehouse and clearly said that it was a Canadian store. They said it was OK, but then the second dress was supposed to be shipped 2 weeks before the wedding.
