I had three separate fittings at David’s and all went well. Although they were very busy at the second fitting and I had to wait, when it was my turn, the attendants were very attentive and helpful. At my third and final fitting, all was in order and part of my alterations were covered by David’s Bridal for the delay at my last fitting. Thank you so much Zohreh and your crew for a pleasant experience and your professionalism. Two thumbs up! I highly recommend David’s Bridal for any alterations you may need. Thanks again!

It was great,
Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly face who wrote my name down on a card. I had made an appointment but a customer service representative was not available at the time to serve me. I was then helped by multiple people but no single individual was assigned to me, and I suppose that in the end I got forgotten along the way. Konnie saw my struggles and swooped in to help me make a decision on my dress-to-be and Annie was really helpful in figuring out the best solution to source my dress.
(Fadheelah was very helpful and pleasant. Very pleased. Annie was also very nice!( I did feel very uncomfortable with no mirror in the dressing room though). Great job!
